Prerequisites

Requirement Details
Fal License Required for all advertisers (owners or brokers). Get it from REGA portal.
Verified ID National ID or Iqama, verified under Edit Profile settings.
High Quality Photos At least 3 clear photos of the property in good lighting.
Tourism Permit (Optional) Required only for short term/daily rentals (issued by Ministry of Tourism).

Steps to Add Listing

  1. Add Fal License to Account
    Go to Marketing Licenses and type your Fal license ID. Required only once.
  2. Click 'Add Ad'
    Choose transaction type: Sale, Rent, or Daily Rental.
  3. Set Type and Location
    Choose category (Apartment, Villa, Office, etc.) and pin location on map.
  4. Enter Details
    Area, rooms, baths, floor, amenities, age, and a clear description.
  5. Upload Media
    Upload clear images (min 3) and optionally a video tour.
  6. Set Price & Payment
    Enter amount in SAR and billing cycles for rentals.
  7. Submit for Review
    Click 'Publish'. Ad is checked by audit team within 24 hours.
