Accounts & Verification Article (9): Account Creation 1- The user may create an electronic account to benefit from the services, features, or characteristics that require registration on the platform. 2- The user undertakes to provide correct, accurate, complete, and updated data when creating the account or modifying its data. 3- The user represents that all information provided to the platform is true and shall be fully responsible for any incorrect or misleading data. 4- The platform has the right to refuse to create the account or suspend its activation or cancel it if it becomes aware of any inaccuracy of data or violation of regulations or this agreement. Article (10): Verification and Authentication 1- The platform has the right to request any documents, data, information, or proofs to verify the user's identity, status, eligibility, authorizations, ownership, or the validity of the data provided by them. 2- The platform may conduct verification or authentication processes directly or through approved entities or service providers. 3- Verification, authentication, or granting any verification badge or status does not imply any guarantee by the platform regarding the validity of all information or future actions of the user. 4- The user undertakes to provide the platform with the requested information or documents within the specified period whenever requested to do so. 5- The platform may suspend, restrict, or cancel certain services or authorizations if the required verification or authentication procedures are not completed. Article (11): Verified Accounts 1- The platform may grant certain accounts a "Verified Account" status after passing its approved verification procedures. 2- The status of a verified account does not mean absolute endorsement of all information, actions, or transactions issued by the account holder. 3- The platform may withdraw or suspend the verification status if it is found that the data is incorrect, the verification conditions are lost, or if the regulations or this agreement are violated. 4- The holder of the verified account undertakes to maintain the continuous validity of the data and documents provided to the platform. Article (12): Account Responsibility 1- The user assumes full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of login details, passwords, and verification methods associated with their account. 2- All operations, actions, requests, and instructions executed through the account are attributed to its holder unless legally proven otherwise. 3- The user undertakes to notify the platform immediately upon losing login details or suspecting unauthorized use or any security incident related to the account. 4- The platform assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining their account data, devices, or verification methods. Article (13): Account Usage 1- It is prohibited to create fake or mock accounts or use the data of others without legal authorization. 2- It is prohibited to create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing systems, restrictions, benefits, or authorizations granted to users. 3- It is prohibited to sell, rent, assign, or transfer the account to third parties without the platform's consent. 4- The user undertakes to use the account for lawful purposes compatible with the regulations and this agreement. Article (14): Suspension and Closure of Accounts 1- The platform may suspend, restrict, or cancel the account temporarily or permanently upon violation of the terms and conditions or regulations, or when suspecting any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity to the platform or users. 2- The user may request to close their account in accordance with the procedures approved by the platform. 3- Closing, suspending, or canceling the account does not result in the forfeiture of any rights, obligations, claims, or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure or suspension. 4- The platform has the right to retain records and data that the system, competent authorities, or protection and compliance requirements necessitate retaining after the account is closed. Article (15): Data and Updates 1- The user undertakes to continuously update their data and information whenever any change occurs that affects its validity, relevance, or accuracy. 2- The platform has the right to request re-verification of data or documents at any time throughout the duration of using the account. 3- The user assumes responsibility for any effects, damages, or claims resulting from not updating data or providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
