Information Security Article (94): Protection of Systems and Technical Infrastructure 1- The platform takes reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect its systems, networks, databases, and user information. 2- The platform continuously develops and improves its security measures and cybersecurity posture in accordance with the nature of the services provided. 3- The platform does not guarantee absolute protection against all risks, cyber attacks, or technical outages beyond its reasonable control. Article (95): Permissible Use of Systems 1- The user commits to using the platform, its systems, and services in a lawful manner that complies with local regulations and this Agreement. 2- It is prohibited to engage in any activity that would affect the stability, integrity, efficiency, or security of the platform or its services. 3- The user commits not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform's systems, data, accounts, or technical resources, or those of other users. Article (96): Prohibited Activities The user is strictly prohibited from performing any of the following actions: 1- Attempting to breach the platform, its systems, databases, or services. 2- Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing security controls, verification systems, or technical restrictions. 3- Scanning for security weaknesses or penetration testing without prior written consent from the platform. 4- Accessing or attempting to access data, accounts, or information they do not have authorization to access. 5- Interfering with the operation of the platform's systems, networks, servers, or databases. Article (97): Viruses and Malware 1- It is forbidden to upload, send, publish, or distribute any files, programs, codes, or links containing viruses, malware, spyware, or any harmful components. 2- It is prohibited to use any technical means aimed at destroying data, disrupting systems, or affecting the performance of the platform or its users. 3- The user bears full responsibility for any content, files, or links they post or send through the platform. 4- The platform reserves the right to remove or block any content, file, or link suspected of containing security risks. Article (98): Robots and Automated Means 1- It is prohibited to use robots, crawlers, scraping tools, or any automated means to extract data, copy content, or affect the platform's operation without prior authorization. 2- It is forbidden to perform bulk data extraction or construct derivative databases from the platform's content without prior written consent. 3- The platform may take necessary technical measures to prevent or restrict any unauthorized automated use. Article (99): Incidents and Security Threats 1- The platform may monitor technical activities to the extent necessary to detect security threats, abuse, or hacking attempts. 2- The platform has the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, service, or transaction upon suspicion of a security risk or unlawful activity. 3- The platform may take preventive, corrective, or precautionary measures necessary to protect its systems and users. 4- The platform does not assume liability for any consequences resulting from security measures taken in good faith to protect systems or users. Article (100): Reporting Security Vulnerabilities 1- The user may report any security vulnerability or issue discovered on the platform through the approved channels. 2- The reporter commits not to exploit the vulnerability, publish its details, or use it in any way that leads to damage, intrusion, or data disclosure. 3- The platform reserves the right to take appropriate action against any unlawful use of security information or vulnerabilities. Article (101): Cooperation with Competent Authorities 1- The platform may cooperate with competent authorities or provide them with required information, logs, or data when there is a suspicion, investigation, or legitimate official request. 2- Doing so does not constitute a breach of confidentiality or privacy obligations when carried out in accordance with applicable laws and instructions. 3- The platform reserves the right to take all necessary legal or technical measures to protect its systems, users, and legitimate rights.
