Intellectual Property Article (77): Intellectual Property Rights 1- All rights related to the platform, its contents, systems, designs, software, databases, interfaces, tools, and features are owned by the platform or its licensors, and are protected under the applicable laws. 2- Intellectual property rights include, but are not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, databases, software code, marketing materials, and other digital content. 3- Using the platform, subscribing to its services, or paying any fees does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user. Article (78): Platform Content Ownership 1- All texts, images, designs, logos, icons, software, interfaces, databases, and contents of the platform are part of its intellectual assets. 2- It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from the platform or the right holder. 3- The user undertakes to respect all intellectual property rights associated with the platform, its users, or third parties. Article (79): User-Generated Content 1- The user retains their legal rights to the content they upload or publish via the platform unless otherwise stated. 2- The user grants the platform a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to host, use, display, publish, process, and market the content to the extent necessary to operate the platform and provide its services. 3- The user represents and warrants that they possess the necessary legal rights to publish, use, or license the content. 4- The user assumes full responsibility for any claims, disputes, or violations related to the content they publish. Article (80): Trademarks and Trade Names 1- The platform's names, logos, trademarks, trade names, visual identity, and all related elements are the property of the platform or its licensors. 2- It is not permitted to use any of the platform's trademarks, trade names, logos, or identifying elements without prior written consent. 3- It is prohibited to use any name, logo, or design that is similar in a way that may cause confusion or imply a relationship, endorsement, or partnership with the platform. Article (81): Use of Platform Name 1- No user or entity may use the platform's name, logo, or refer to it in a way that suggests endorsement, agency, representation, or official partnership unless prior written consent has been obtained. 2- The platform may request any person to remove or correct any unauthorized use of its name, marks, or brand identity. 3- The platform reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual and commercial rights. Article (82): Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements 1- Rights holders or their legal representatives may submit reports regarding any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights via the methods approved by the platform. 2- The platform may request information, documents, or evidence supporting the submitted report before taking any action. 3- The platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove, restrict, or suspend the reported content whenever it deems appropriate. 4- The platform assumes no responsibility for any claims related to user content when acting in good faith based on the information available to it. Article (83): Restrictions on Use The user is prohibited from: 1- Copying, extracting, republishing, selling, or exploiting the platform's contents or databases without authorization. 2- Using any automated means or technology to collect data or extract content without authorization. 3- Modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering any part of the systems or software of the platform unless permitted by law. 4- Removing, obscuring, or modifying any copyright notices, rights, or intellectual property marks on the platform or its contents. Article (84): Protection of Rights 1- The platform reserves all of its intellectual, commercial, and legal rights related to its services, contents, and systems. 2- The platform may take all necessary legal, judicial, or technical measures to protect its rights or the rights of its users or licensors. 3- The platform's failure to exercise any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of them or of any other right in the future.
