Packages & Subscriptions Article (47): Paid Services 1- The platform may provide free or paid services, advantages, products, or operational tools as advertised via the platform. 2- Available services, advantages, and privileges vary depending on the package type, subscription, or beneficiary category. 3- The platform has the right to modify, develop, add, or stop any service, package, or advantage as it deems appropriate. 4- Providing a certain service or advantage does not constitute a commitment to continue providing it in the same form or specifications in the future. Article (48): Packages and Subscriptions 1- The user may subscribe to packages, plans, or memberships provided by the platform in accordance with the declared conditions and prices. 2- All subscriptions are subject to the duration, fees, advantages, and conditions specific to each package. 3- The subscriber undertakes to pay the fees due in accordance with the approved mechanisms of the platform. 4- The subscription takes effect from the date of activation or from the date specified within the package details. 5- The user may not transfer, sell, or assign the subscription to third parties unless the platform permits that. Article (49): Subscription Advantages Packages or subscriptions may include additional advantages including, but not limited to: 1- Increasing the number of allowed listings. 2- Featured or paid advertisements. 3- Improving visibility in search results. 4- Additional tools, reports, and statistics. 5- Special marketing, technical, or operational advantages. 6- Services customized for real estate offices, brokers, or developers. All advantages are subject to what is advertised for each package. Article (50): Featured Ads and Promotional Services 1- The platform may provide paid promotional, advertising, or publicity services to users. 2- Buying any promotional service or featured ad does not guarantee the completion of any transaction, achieving results, profits, or a specific number of views or clients. 3- Promotional services are subject to the duration, conditions, and specifications explained when requesting the service. 4- The platform has the right to reject any advertisement or promotional campaign violating regulations or this agreement. Article (51): Subscription Renewal 1- The platform may provide automatic renewal feature for some subscriptions or services when explained to the user. 2- The user undertakes to ensure the validity of payment data and the continuity of payment methods associated with the subscription. 3- The user may stop automatic renewal in accordance with available procedures before the renewal date. 4- The platform assumes no responsibility for service stoppage resulting from subscription expiration, payment failure, or not updating payment data. Article (52): Subscription Suspension or Termination 1- The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate any subscription upon violation of regulations, this agreement, or package conditions. 2- Suspending or terminating the subscription does not result in the forfeiture of amounts or obligations due prior to the date of suspension or termination. 3- The platform may stop some advantages or services associated with the subscription upon its expiration, cancellation, or suspension. 4- The platform has the right to take necessary measures to protect its systems, users, or legitimate interests. Article (53): Modification of Packages and Prices 1- The platform has the right to review, modify, update, or introduce packages, services, fees, or prices at any time. 2- New prices apply to new services, subscriptions, or requests starting from their effective date. 3- Modifying prices does not affect active subscriptions during their duration unless otherwise stated or permitted by law. 4- The platform may offer promotional deals, discounts, or advantages to specific categories of users as it deems appropriate. Article (54): General Provisions for Subscriptions 1- The user acknowledges that they reviewed package or subscription details before completing the purchase or activation. 2- The user assumes responsibility for choosing the appropriate package for their needs. 3- All paid services are subject to the payment, refund, and cancellation policy approved by the platform. 4- Subscribing to any package does not result in transferring any ownership right in the platform, its systems, services, or contents.
