3- Approved refunds are processed through appropriate financial channels in accordance with applicable laws and operational regulations.
Appendix II: Content and Advertisement Policy
Article (131): Acceptable Content
1- Posted content must be accurate, clear, and lawful.
2- Content must relate to the service, property, or activity being advertised.
3- The user commits to respecting regulations and the legal rights of others.
Article (132): Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to post:
1- False or misleading content.
2- Fraudulent or dummy content.
3- Content violating applicable regulations or public morals.
4- Content infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights.
5- Content containing malware, malicious links, or harmful files.
Article (133): Content Review
1- The platform may review content before or after publication.
2- The platform reserves the right to reject, modify, suspend, or remove non-compliant content.
3- Reviewing or publishing content does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by the platform.
Appendix III: Chat and Video Calls Policy
Article (134): Lawful Use
1- Communication channels are reserved for purposes related to the platform's services.
2- Users commit to communicating with respect and professionalism.
3- It is prohibited to use communication tools for any activity violating regulations.
Article (135): Recording and Publishing
1- It is forbidden to record, publish, or redistribute chats or calls without consent of the concerned parties or a legal basis.
2- The user bears full responsibility for any unauthorized use of content generated from chats or calls.
Article (136): Misuse
The platform may restrict, suspend, or stop communication services upon misuse or violation of this Agreement.
Appendix IV: Video and 360° Tours Policy
Article (137): Virtual Tours
1- The platform may provide visual display, virtual tours, and 360-degree virtual services.
2- Virtual tours are visual aids for viewing and do not replace physical inspection or verification.
Article (138): Visual Content Responsibility
1- The publisher of visual content bears full responsibility for the accuracy of images, videos, and virtual tours.
2- The platform assumes no liability for decisions or transactions based on published visual content.
Article (139): Content Removal
The platform may remove, restrict, or suspend any visual content violating regulations or this Agreement.

2- The advertiser commits to obtaining all necessary licenses and approvals before publishing the project.

Article (145): Limits of Platform Liability

2- The platform does not guarantee project completion, compliance with timelines, or investment yields.
3- The user is responsible for verification, physical inspection, and study before making decisions.

1- Users may rate services, ads, advertisers, brokers, or offices using the tools provided on the platform.
2- Ratings must be based on actual and objective experiences.
3- It is prohibited to publish misleading, malicious, or false reviews.

2- The platform assumes no liability for opinions expressed in ratings published by users.

3- Providing misleading information or concealing material information that may affect user decisions is prohibited.

1- Real estate developers may display their projects and services through the platform in compliance with regulations.
2- The developer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of information, plans, specifications, and announced timelines.
3- The platform does not guarantee developer performance, project quality, or execution schedules.

1- The platform may link or integrate with governmental, regulatory, or service entities, or electronic systems related to real estate, technical, or operational services.
2- Integration aims to improve services, verify data, execute procedures, or comply with relevant laws.
3- The platform assumes no responsibility for outages, disruptions, or changes occurring in external systems.
Article (166): Electronic Verification
1- The platform may utilize verification, authentication, or electronic integration services provided by approved entities to verify identity, data, privileges, or licenses.
2- The user consents to conducting necessary verification processes when required to provide services or comply with laws.
3- Verification processes do not imply any absolute guarantee of the accuracy of all information or future actions of the user.
Appendix XVII: Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy
Article (167): Business Continuity
1- The platform takes appropriate measures to maintain service continuity and reduce the impacts of outages, disruptions, or emergency events.
2- The platform may apply emergency response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans as it deems fit.
3- The platform does not commit to guaranteeing absolute, uninterrupted service continuity.
Article (168): Backup and Data Protection
1- The platform may create backup copies of data, records, contents, and systems in accordance with approved operational policies.
2- Backup copies may be used for protection, recovery, compliance, or business continuity purposes.
3- Retaining backups does not create an obligation to restore any data deleted or lost due to the user or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Article (169): Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances
1- The platform may take appropriate technical, operational, or organizational actions upon occurrence of emergency, exceptional, security, or technical circumstances.
2- These actions include suspending or restricting certain services, re-prioritizing operations, or applying necessary preventive measures.
3- The platform assumes no liability for consequences of actions taken in good faith to protect its systems, its users, or business continuity.
Article (170): Priority of Protection and Continuity
1- The platform has the right to take any measures it deems necessary to maintain information security, system integrity, and service continuity.
2- Considerations of protection, security, regulatory compliance, and business continuity shall prevail over any other operational considerations in the event of a conflict.
3- These provisions shall be interpreted to achieve the highest level of legitimate protection for the platform, its users, and its services.
