Article (25): Booking Services
1- The platform may provide booking services related to properties, residential units, lounges, chalets, facilities, or other real estate services made available through the platform.
2- Booking operations are subject to the regulations, instructions, and conditions specific to each service, unit, or displayed property.
3- The platform is not a party to the contracts or agreements concluded between the parties except within the limits stipulated by the law or the service provided.
Article (26): Booking Requests
1- The user undertakes to provide correct and complete data when performing any booking operation.
2- The user assumes responsibility for reviewing all information related to the property, unit, or service before confirming the booking.
3- Completing or confirming the booking is considered an agreement to all terms, conditions, and policies associated with the booked service.
4- The platform or the service provider may request additional information or documents to complete the booking or verify its validity.
Article (27): Service Provider's Responsibilities
1- The service provider, property owner, or their legal representative undertakes the validity of information, data, and specifications related to the property, unit, or service offered for booking.
2- The service provider undertakes to disclose any material conditions, requirements, or restrictions associated with the booking or usage.
3- The service provider assumes full responsibility for executing their obligations towards the beneficiary in accordance with the regulations and agreements concluded between them.
4- The platform assumes no responsibility for any breach, delay, or dispute arising between the parties regarding the execution of the booking or service.
Article (28): Booking Confirmation and Cancellation
1- Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of the unit, property, or service subject to request, and meeting the necessary conditions and requirements.
2- The booking may be cancelled or modified in accordance with the declared policies and conditions of the concerned service.
3- Fees, restrictions, or conditions may apply to cancellation or modification depending on the nature of the service or its provider.
4- The user assumes responsibility for reviewing cancellation or modification conditions before completing the booking process.
Article (29): Payments Related to Bookings
1- Some bookings may require payment of amounts, fees, deposit, or advance payments as explained during the booking process.
2- The parties undertake to pay the amounts due in accordance with the approved mechanisms.
3- The platform assumes no responsibility for any financial or contractual obligations arising directly between the parties unless it is a party to them or otherwise stated.
4- Refunds, cancellation, or financial settlement operations are subject to the refund and cancellation policy approved by the platform.
Article (30): Use of the Booked Property or Unit
1- The beneficiary undertakes to use the property, unit, or service subject to booking for lawful purposes only.
2- It is prohibited to use booked properties, units, or services in any activities violating regulations, public morals, or the rights of third parties.
3- The beneficiary assumes responsibility for any damages, violations, or claims resulting from their use of the property, unit, or service.
4- The service provider may take necessary measures in accordance with the regulations and declared conditions when any violation occurs.
Article (31): Disputes Related to Bookings
1- The parties undertake to attempt to address any disputes, observations, or complaints arising from bookings amicably whenever possible.
2- The platform may intervene discretionarily to help address disputes or request necessary information or documents without being obliged to do so.
3- The platform assumes no responsibility for resolving disputes or guaranteeing the execution of mutual obligations between the parties.
4- Each party retains their legal rights to resort to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article (32): Suspending or Rejecting Bookings
1- The platform may reject, suspend, or cancel any booking when suspecting fraud or violation of regulations or this agreement.
2- The platform may stop any booking operation when incorrect or incomplete data is provided or when verification requirements are not completed.
3- The platform has the right to take what it deems appropriate of measures to protect users, the platform, and the safety of operations and provided services.
4- Suspending or rejecting the booking does not entail any liability on the platform whenever done based on legitimate reasons, regulatory, or security requirements.
