Chats & Video Calls Article (33): Electronic Communication Services 1- The platform may provide electronic means of communication between users, including text chats, messages, notifications, or any other communication means made available through the platform. 2- The available communication means aim to facilitate interaction between users regarding services, properties, listings, and requests displayed via the platform. 3- The user undertakes to use communication means in a lawful, responsible, and compliant manner with regulations and this agreement. Article (34): Text Chats 1- Users may exchange messages and text chats through the means provided by the platform. 2- It is prohibited to use text chats for: - Abuse, insults, or defamation. - Threatening or extortion. - Fraud or misleading. - Publishing malware or suspicious links. - Collecting personal data unlawfully. - Sending spam or random messages. 3- The user assumes full responsibility for all messages and content they send or share. 4- The platform assumes no responsibility for the content of conversations, agreements, or transactions resulting from them. Article (35): Voice and Video Calls 1- The platform may provide voice or video call services, virtual meetings, or electronic property viewings. 2- Voice and video calls are limited to lawful purposes associated with services available through the platform. 3- All participants undertake to use these services in a compliant, professional manner and not to abuse them. 4- It is prohibited to use video or voice calls in any acts violating regulations, public morals, or the rights of third parties. Article (36): Recording and Publishing 1- It is prohibited to record, copy, republish, or share any conversation, call, or part thereof without the consent of the concerned parties or the existence of a regulatory justification allowing that. 2- The user assumes full responsibility for any unauthorized use, publication, or sharing of the content resulting from conversations or calls. 3- The platform assumes no responsibility for any disputes arising as a result of recording, sharing, or using the content of conversations or calls by users. Article (37): Correspondence and Agreements Between Users 1- No user or entity may use the platform's name, logo, or refer to it in a way that suggests endorsement, agency, representation, or official partnership unless prior written consent has been obtained. 2- The platform may request any person to remove or correct any unauthorized use of its name, marks, or brand identity. 3- The platform reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual and commercial rights. Article (38): Usage Monitoring and Platform Protection 1- The platform may use the technical means necessary to monitor abuse, non-compliant activities, or attempts at fraud, hacking, or compromise. 2- The platform may restrict, suspend, or stop communication services, in whole or in part, when suspecting a violation, security threat, or unlawful use. 3- The platform may retain technical records related to the use of communication services to the extent necessary for security, operational, or regulatory purposes. 4- Monitoring usage or retaining records does not entail any obligation on the platform to review all conversations or calls or supervise them directly. Article (39): Violations and Measures 1- The platform has the right to take what it deems appropriate of measures upon abuse of communication services or violation of these terms. 2- Possible measures include: - Issuing warnings or notices. - Restricting certain privileges. - Suspending communication services. - Suspending or closing the account. - Removing non-compliant content. - Referring violations to the competent authorities when necessary. 3- Taking any measure by the platform does not result in the forfeiture of any rights, claims, or liabilities that arose prior to the date of the measure.
