Article (55): Fees and Financial Charges
1- The platform may impose fees, subscriptions, commissions, or financial charges for some services, products, or advantages it provides.
2- Fees, prices, and financial charges are determined as advertised via the platform or within the details of the relevant service.
3- The user undertakes to pay all amounts due in accordance with the approved mechanisms of the platform.
4- All advertised fees and prices do not include taxes or government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Article (56): Payment Methods
1- The platform may provide multiple electronic payment methods through approved payment service providers.
2- The user undertakes to enter correct and updated payment data when using electronic payment services.
3- The user assumes responsibility for maintaining payment methods and financial accounts associated with them.
4- The platform assumes no responsibility for any errors, outages, or delays resulting from payment service providers or external financial entities.
Article (57): Invoices and Financial Records
1- The platform may issue invoices, notices, or electronic records of financial operations executed through it.
2- Electronic records and entries preserved by the platform or payment service providers are considered valid proof of financial operations executed unless proven otherwise.
3- The user undertakes to review their financial data and notify the platform of any objection within 24 hours of the transaction date.
Article (58): E-Wallet
1- The platform may provide an e-wallet, account balance, or similar operational financial means for some services.
2- The e-wallet is subject to conditions, policies, and instructions adopted by the platform.
3- The e-wallet is not a bank account, investment product, or saving tool unless otherwise stated.
4- The user undertakes to use the wallet for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article (59): Balance and Transactions
1- Addition, deduction, or settlement of balances resulting from services, operations, or due amounts is performed in accordance with approved mechanisms.
2- The user undertakes to review financial transactions associated with their account periodically.
3- The platform may correct accounting, technical, or operational errors affecting balances or financial transactions whenever their existence is proven.
4- The platform reserves the right to suspend some financial operations upon suspecting fraud, violation, or illegal activity.
Article (60): Refund and Cancellation
1- The user may apply for a refund or cancellation in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy approved by the platform.
2- All refund requests are subject to review and verification in accordance with the controls and procedures applied to the service subject of request.
3- Fees, subscriptions, or services that have been executed, utilized, or consumed are not refunded unless the regulations or service policy state otherwise.
4- Refund requests may be rejected if a violation, fraud, abuse of service, or providing incorrect data is proven.
5- Refunding paid amounts after approving the return request takes 14 working days.
Article (61): Suspicious Transactions
1- The platform may suspend, stop, or review any financial transaction suspected of violating regulations or this agreement.
2- The platform has the right to request additional information or documents to verify the source of funds, validity of operations, or identity of related parties.
3- The platform may take appropriate legal measures and report to competent authorities upon suspecting fraud, money laundering, illegal financing, or any activity violating regulations.
Article (62): Limits of Financial Liability
1- The platform assumes no responsibility for errors, outages, or faults beyond its control that occur at financial entities, payment service providers, or communication networks.
2- The platform assumes no liability for any indirect, consequential, or resulting losses or damages from the use of payment methods or financial services provided by other parties.
3- The platform exerts reasonable care to protect financial transactions and associated data in accordance with available technical and organizational capabilities.
Article (63): Financial Settlements
1- The platform may conduct necessary financial settlements, reviews, or corrections to address errors, differences, or due amounts.
2- The user undertakes to cooperate with the platform when needed to complete any procedures related to reviews or financial settlements.
3- Conducting any financial settlement does not affect the rights of the platform, the user, or any other parties in accordance with applicable regulations or agreements.
