Article (85): Data Collection
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that the platform collects personal data you provide when using the services or when communicating through various channels, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Geographical location

- Mobile number
- Device and browser data
- National ID or residency data
- Commercial register data
- Property deed and ownership data
- Payment details
- Bank account details
- Content published via the platform
- Browsing and interaction data
- Private messages within the platform
3- The user agrees to the collection of data necessary to provide services, operate the platform, improve it, and fulfill regulatory obligations.

3- The user undertakes to take the necessary measures to maintain the confidentiality of their data and login credentials.

1- The platform may use cookies or similar technologies to improve services, measure performance, and customize user experience.
2- The user may manage cookie settings through the browser or device used, bearing in mind that disabling some cookies may affect the efficiency of some services or features.

- Performance analytical cookies: To measure platform usage, improve its services, and enhance user experience.

Article (90): Data Retention
1- The platform may retain data, information, and records for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or to fulfill regulatory or contractual obligations.
2- The platform may archive, delete, or obscure some data after the operational need for it ends or as required by regulations and instructions.
3- Deleting data does not affect the platform's right to retain necessary records for proof, protection, or regulatory compliance purposes.
The platform retains personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of collection and processing, or in accordance with the periods imposed by the applicable regulations and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whichever is longer, as follows:

Upon expiry of the retention period, the data is deleted or anonymized permanently and securely, unless applicable regulations require otherwise or there is a regulatory obligation to retain it.
Article (91): User Rights Regarding Data
Subject to applicable regulations, the user may:
1- Request access to their data available on the platform.
2- Request correction or updating of inaccurate data.
3- Request account closure or deletion of certain data when legally permissible.
4- Exercise any other rights determined by the regulations related to personal data protection.
5- All requests are subject to the applicable regulatory rules, requirements, and procedures.
6- To exercise any of the rights provided, the following applies:

- Identity Verification: The platform has the right to request proof of identity to ensure the request is actually issued by the data owner.
- Response Period: The request is processed and responded to within a period not exceeding (30) days from the date of receipt, and this period may be extended for a similar period of (30) additional days when necessary, with notification to the applicant and the reasons for extension.
- Fees: Requests to exercise rights are provided free of charge, and nominal fees may be imposed if requests are repetitive or unjustified, reflecting the actual cost of processing.

- If a resolution is not reached, they have the right to file a complaint with the competent regulatory authority, which is the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) through official channels.
Article (92): Third-Party Data
1- The user undertakes not to provide the platform with data belonging to third parties unless legally authorized to do so.
2- The user assumes full responsibility for any data or information belonging to other parties that they submit or publish via the platform.
3- The platform may take appropriate measures when suspected of violation of privacy or data protection rights.
Article (93): Amendments to the Privacy Policy
1- The platform reserves the right to modify, update, or replace the privacy policy at any time as it deems appropriate.
2- Amendments become effective from the date of publication on the platform unless another date of effectiveness is specified.
3- Continued use of the platform or its services after publication of amendments constitutes approval of the modified policy.
4- The user is responsible for reviewing the privacy policy periodically to check for any updates.
