Violations and Penalties Article (102): General Violations It is considered a prohibited violation under this Agreement to perform any of the following acts: 1- Violating applicable laws, regulations, or directives. 2- Violating the provisions of this Agreement, policies, instructions, or rules approved by the platform. 3- Providing incorrect, misleading, or falsified data, information, or documents. 4- Misusing the platform, its services, or its technical facilities. 5- Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes to users or third parties. 6- Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others. 7- Attempting to circumvent systems, restrictions, or operational or financial controls of the platform. 8- Using any means that damage the reputation of the platform, its services, or its users. Article (103): Circumvention of Platform Services 1- It is prohibited to use the platform, its data, or services to circumvent fees, subscriptions, commissions, or any amounts due to the platform. 2- It is prohibited to exploit data, information, or opportunities obtained through the platform to bypass its services or damage its legitimate interests. 3- It is prohibited to create fake, nominal, or duplicate accounts, ads, or transactions to circumvent rules or obtain undeserved benefits. 4- The platform reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user proven to engage in circumvention or unauthorized exploitation of services. Article (104): Platform Powers upon Violations The platform may, upon occurrence or reasonable suspicion of a violation, take any of the following measures: 1- Issuing a warning or notice to the user. 2- Requesting correction, modification, or removal of the violating content or data. 3- Restricting certain privileges or services. 4- Suspending the advertisement, request, or content. 5- Temporarily suspending or blocking the account. 6- Permanently canceling or closing the account. 7- Canceling certain services, subscriptions, or benefits. 8- Taking appropriate legal, judicial, or technical measures. Article (105): Suspension of Accounts and Services 1- The platform may temporarily suspend the account or certain services/privileges upon suspicion of a violation, unlawful activity, or security threat. 2- The suspension of the account or service does not waive any rights, obligations, or amounts due prior to the date of suspension. 3- The platform may require the completion of verification, correction, or removal of the violation before reactivating the account or service. Article (106): Closing Accounts 1- The platform may permanently close the account upon proof of a severe violation, repeated violations, or the inability to resolve the causes of the violation. 2- Closing the account does not waive any liabilities, claims, or rights that arose before the closure. 3- The platform reserves the right to retain records and data required by law, legal protection, or operational requirements. Article (107): Indemnification and Liability 1- The user bears full responsibility for all damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from their violation of laws or this Agreement. 2- The user commits to compensating the platform for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or proceedings resulting from their actions, negligence, or violations. 3- The platform's right to claim compensation does not prejudice any other legal rights or remedies available to it. Article (108): Withholding or Suspending Benefits and Balances 1- The platform may suspend, withhold, or stop certain benefits, services, or balances associated with the account in the event of a dispute, violation, or legitimate suspicion. 2- The suspension or withholding continues until the investigation is completed, the violation is resolved, or an appropriate decision is issued. 3- The platform assumes no liability for the consequences of actions taken in good faith to protect its rights, the rights of its users, or to comply with regulations. Article (109): No Waiver of Rights 1- The platform's failure to exercise any right, power, or remedy at any time does not constitute a waiver of it. 2- The platform retains all its statutory and contractual rights and powers. 3- Taking a specific action does not prevent taking additional or subsequent measures regarding the same violation.
